Customer Experience Training Manager – AP Region

About the role

The Customer Experience Training Manager will lead Belimo's virtual training team across the Asia Pacific region, ensuring customers receive high‑quality, consistent training on Belimo products and applications. The role also oversees the external Learning Management System (LMS) to support regional training initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the AP training strategy, aligning it with product promotion and commissioning goals.
• Manage the rollout, customization, and administration of the external LMS.
• Collaborate with global teams to develop and localize courseware for customer access.
• Work with Product Management to create product‑specific training content.
• Plan and execute an annual training schedule, including ad‑hoc online, offline, classroom, or hybrid sessions.
• Collect trainer data, evaluate performance, and ensure continuous development of full‑time and part‑time trainers.
• Leverage the Customer Experience Centre for hands‑on training experiences.
• Identify and partner with external training providers to broaden market reach.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, HVAC, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven training experience in a B2B environment within Asia Pacific.
• Strong coordination skills with internal and external multinational stakeholders.
• Excellent presentation, analytical, and project‑management abilities.
• Fluent written and spoken English; strong Chinese proficiency; additional Asian languages a plus.
