About the role
Established in 1963, Hong Kong Baptist Hospital is a Christian, non‑profit private hospital dedicated to serving the public and upholding its mission “In the service of man, for the glory of God”. As the hospital continues to expand, we are seeking dedicated individuals to join our customer service team.
Key responsibilities
- Handle daily payment transactions, including insurance package payments.
- Answer phone and counter enquiries from patients and visitors.
- Process correspondence and documents, including filing and record keeping.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders such as nurses, doctors, wards, patients and contractors.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Required profile
- Form 5 (HKCEE) / Form 6 (HKDSE) or above.
- Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin.
- Minimum 2 years experience handling daily payment transactions.
- Ability to multitask with strong communication skills.
- Willingness to work shift duties and rotate to support other customer service teams.
