Cybersecurity Specialist – DLP & Vulnerability Management

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Cybersecurity Specialist to lead vulnerability management, data loss prevention and security monitoring across both IT and OT environments. The role combines hands‑on technical work with cross‑functional collaboration to protect critical assets and ensure compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Perform regular vulnerability scans, assessments and security reviews for IT and OT systems.
• Identify, validate, prioritize and track vulnerabilities, delivering remediation recommendations.
• Design, implement and maintain security controls, including DLP policies, SIEM integrations and log sources.
• Develop and tune SIEM monitoring rules, alerts, dashboards and reports.
• Investigate security events, support incident response and remediation activities.
• Conduct security assessments for new projects, system changes and major deployments.
• Maintain system hardening guidelines, operating procedures and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering, project teams, system owners and vendors to embed security controls.
• Prepare metrics and management reports on vulnerabilities, DLP events and remediation progress.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in IT or OT cybersecurity.
• Strong analytical skills and up‑to‑date knowledge of cyber threats and industry best practices.
• Fluent written and spoken English; Chinese language skills are a plus.
