Data Analyst – Business Intelligence

About the role

Yusen Logistics Global Management is seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join its innovative analytics team. You will design and implement analytical models that drive business growth, reduce risk, and support data‑driven decision making across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Create and deploy analytical models that generate actionable insights.
• Explore diverse data sources, perform exploratory analysis, and engineer features to enhance analytics capabilities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to propose, assess, and implement performance‑improvement actions.
• Build and maintain business analytics capabilities aligned with defined use cases.
• Develop visualizations and dashboards to communicate results effectively.
• Translate complex analytics findings into clear, persuasive stories for non‑technical audiences.
• Stay current with Microsoft Fabric and Power BI updates.
• Provide technical and functional support for BI tools and reporting solutions.
• Work with data engineering and governance teams to meet schedules, requirements, and risk mitigation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence, with strong knowledge of business operations.
• Solid understanding of statistical methods and data‑analytics techniques, including predictive, prescriptive, and machine‑learning approaches.
