Demand Planning Manager – Supply Chain

About the role

IM8 is looking for a Demand Planning Manager to own the end‑to‑end flow of its nutritional products from manufacturing partners to customers worldwide. Based in Hong Kong, you will ensure that every batch and shipment meets the brand promise on a fast‑growing subscription model.

Key responsibilities

• Manage relationships with contract manufacturers and suppliers across Greater China, negotiating terms and monitoring quality.
• Drive continuous improvement with partners to increase quality, consistency, and throughput.
• Qualify and onboard new suppliers as the product portfolio expands.
• Develop dual‑sourcing strategies, safety‑stock policies, and long‑lead procurement plans for critical raw materials.
• Build demand forecasts and inventory plans that balance stock‑outs and overstock across all markets.
• Track production schedules, lead times, and deliverables against plan.
• Run a monthly S&OP process that aligns demand, supply, finance, and leadership.

Required profile

• Fluent Mandarin with daily negotiation and coordination experience in Greater China.
• Proven experience in supply chain, demand planning, or inventory management within a fast‑growth environment.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication skills to influence internal and external stakeholders.
