DevOps Manager

About the role

We are looking for a DevOps Manager to lead the design, implementation and continuous improvement of our cloud infrastructure. You will work closely with development and operations teams to ensure reliable, secure and scalable services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cloud infrastructure monitoring systems and Golden Signals dashboards.
• Implement and improve Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices using Terraform, Ansible or similar tools.
• Centralize DNS and domain management, configure redirect systems and IAM/SSO policies.
• Administer AWS, DigitalOcean and Beget environments, conduct audits and optimise resources.
• Perform server and service hardening, deploy new hosts and services.
• Participate in automation initiatives and enhance operational processes.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience as a DevOps or SRE Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows Server administration.
• Hands‑on experience with Docker and CI/CD pipeline setup.
• Experience with monitoring solutions such as Prometheus, Grafana, Loki or ELK Stack.
• Understanding of DNS, IAM, cloud security principles and database administration.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
