DevSecOps Engineer – Lead Cloud & On-Prem Initiatives

About the role
Your new company is a leading multinational organisation with large‑scale technology platforms across global operations. In this role you will lead DevSecOps initiatives across cloud and on‑premises environments.
Key responsibilities
- Drive CI/CD pipeline development, deployment automation, and release management.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, security teams, and regional stakeholders.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and container platform solutions.
- Ensure application security, platform reliability, and operational excellence.
Required profile
- 5+ years of DevOps / DevSecOps experience.
- Strong hands‑on experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
- Experience with Terraform, Ansible, Python, and Infrastructure as Code.
- Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Solid understanding of DevSecOps, vulnerability management, and application security.
- Proven project leadership experience in medium‑to‑large‑scale environments.
- Fluent in Cantonese and English; Mandarin is an advantage.
