Digital Clients Services Advisor – APAC

About the role

As a member of the Digital Clients Service team for Miu Miu, you will deliver premium customer support across the Asia‑Pacific region. You will build strong client relationships, guide shoppers through the e‑commerce journey and help drive sales through proactive clienteling.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers from multiple APAC markets via phone, live‑chat, social networks and email.
• Execute outreach initiatives and apply clienteling techniques to generate sales.
• Identify customer needs, resolve service or product issues, and provide after‑sales support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient problem resolution.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or a fashion‑related role.
• Proven selling and clienteling abilities.
• Fluent written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Strong multitasking, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
