Digital Experience Specialist

About the role

The Office of Information Technology at HKBU is seeking a Digital Experience Specialist to support its digital transformation. You will work on migrating websites to Adobe Experience Manager, integrating Adobe Analytics, and enhancing both web and mobile experiences for students, staff and external users.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in website development projects from ideation to rollout following the Digital Experience Services Team process.
• Gather user requirements empathetically and propose effective resolution options.
• Develop and maintain components in Adobe Experience Manager.
• Leverage Adobe Experience Cloud tools for content, digital asset, campaign management and analytics‑driven insights.
• Report project progress, issues, risks and forecast platform capacity.
• Perform ad‑hoc assignments as requested by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Creative Media, Marketing, Communications, Business Management or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in UX/UI, informational and e‑commerce website development.
• Self‑starter able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and spoken English and Chinese; Putonghua is an advantage.
