Digital Media Executive – Entry Level

About the role

Join Omnicom Media as a Digital Media Executive and launch your career in paid‑media. You will work on multi‑channel campaigns, collaborate with planning teams, and support data‑driven optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Execute paid‑media campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ads and self‑serve programmatic platforms.
• Monitor daily performance, ensure KPI targets are met and budgets stay within limits.
• Test, optimise and improve campaign results continuously.
• Track pacing, manage billing and invoicing.
• Assist in building media tactics, including keyword research and ad copywriting.
• Collaborate with planners and project managers to reach target audiences.
• Support data analysts with ad tracking, web analytics and measurement tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Campaign Manager).
• Prepare regular performance reports, insights and recommendations.
• Provide technical expertise to clients and internal teams.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing or a related field.
• 0‑2 years of digital/media planning experience (fresh graduates welcome).
• Hands‑on experience with social media, SEM, display, shopping and programmatic channels.
• Good knowledge of online marketing tools such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ad Manager, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio and Campaign Manager.
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
