Director, Business Development

About the role

Acclime is seeking a Director of Business Development to lead the promotion of its offshore and on‑shore corporate services in Hong Kong and key offshore jurisdictions such as the BVI and Cayman Islands. Reporting to the Commercial Director, North Asia, you will drive new client acquisition and deepen existing relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Promote Acclime’s services across Hong Kong and offshore markets.
• Meet hundreds of clients and partners annually to understand their needs and identify opportunities.
• Lead lead tracking, active follow‑up and deal closing.
• Attend, organise and represent the firm at industry events.
• Develop and execute initiatives aligned with Acclime’s industry focus to attract new clients.
• Conduct cold outreach, re‑engage former clients and leverage partner networks.
• Collaborate with service teams to craft tailored solutions.
• Occasional travel as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of business development experience in corporate, accounting, tax or advisory services, preferably within offshore business.
• Strong network of clients and partners in offshore jurisdictions and Hong Kong.
• Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Proven ability to meet KPIs and drive market development.
