Enterprise Sales Manager

About the role

Jabra is looking for a driven Enterprise Sales Manager to expand its footprint in the Hong Kong market. You will lead new‑business acquisition, shape strategic account plans, and execute high‑impact sales activities to grow revenue within the enterprise sector.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, target and qualify enterprise prospects across Hong Kong to build a robust sales pipeline.
• Negotiate and collaborate with clients, channel partners and technology alliances to increase market share and brand awareness.
• Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies to secure long‑term relationships and recurring revenue.
• Plan and manage targeted account‑based sales and marketing campaigns.
• Drive growth through forward‑looking strategic and scenario planning.
• Maintain accurate CRM data, produce operational reports and manage essential sales administration workflows.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of proven enterprise technology sales experience with a record of exceeding quotas.
• Strong familiarity with modern telecommunications and Unified Communications (UC) solutions; AV sector experience is a plus.
• Confidence engaging and negotiating with C‑suite executives, enterprise clients and channel partners.
• Willingness and ability to travel locally across Hong Kong and Macau.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Management or equivalent practical experience.
