Executive / Senior Executive – Public Affairs & PR

About the role

We are expanding our Public Affairs & Public Relations team and are looking for dynamic professionals to lead media relations, account management, and policy communications. The role offers the chance to shape large‑scale PR campaigns, work with top‑tier corporates and government agencies, and develop expertise in AI‑enabled workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute PR campaign strategies and implementation plans.
• Produce high‑quality PR copy, consultancy reports, and client communications.
• Manage daily client servicing, issue monitoring, crisis response, and reporting.
• Track project timelines, budgets, and prepare progress/completion reports.
• Conduct public policy tracking, stakeholder outreach, and partnership development.
• Support advertising, marketing, event, and social‑media content production, including video.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of full‑time experience in agency or in‑house PR, communications, or journalism.
• Strong media network; experience with government or publicly funded projects is a plus.
• Excellent bilingual writing skills in English and Cantonese.
• Ability to work independently under pressure, handle crises, and juggle multiple projects.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI tools for workflow automation.
• Graphic design, animation, or video‑editing capabilities (preferred).
