Financial Analyst – Excellent Platform

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Financial Analyst to join a fast‑growing multinational corporation. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, supporting budgeting, forecasting and strategic financial planning across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting and long‑term financial planning processes.
• Prepare monthly management reports and conduct business performance analysis.
• Perform variance analysis on revenue, cost and profitability trends.
• Partner with business units and department heads to provide financial insights for decision‑making.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses for strategic initiatives.
• Monitor KPIs, identify risks and opportunities, and assist in business case evaluations.
• Enhance reporting efficiency through automation and process improvements.
• Support regional and group reporting requirements and participate in finance transformation projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related field.
• 2‑5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, management reporting, commercial finance or Big 4 audit.
• Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA or CFA are a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SAP, Oracle or Hyperion.
• Financial modelling and scenario analysis.
