Financial Controller – Group Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join the finance leadership team of a fast‑growing international manufacturing technology group. The role will focus on group‑level consolidation, reporting and support for IPO and fundraising initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial consolidation and reporting for subsidiaries in China, the US, South Korea, Vietnam, India and Singapore.
• Prepare accurate consolidated financial statements in line with accounting standards and corporate policies.
• Drive annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, financial analysis and management reporting.
• Manage intercompany reconciliation and elimination to ensure smooth month‑end and year‑end closes.
• Enhance internal controls, finance processes and governance across international entities.
• Support IPO readiness, fundraising activities and corporate finance projects.
• Act as primary liaison with external auditors and oversee the annual audit.
• Participate in ERP implementation and finance system transformation initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• Qualified HKICPA or ACCA.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in financial accounting, group consolidation and reporting.
• Prior IPO or fundraising experience is a strong plus.
• Manufacturing or industrial sector experience preferred.
• Fluent English; Putonghua a bonus.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
