Financial Planning & Analysis Lead – APAC

About the role

This strategic finance leader will turn financial data into actionable insights that drive growth, profitability and long‑term value across the APAC region. The role partners closely with commercial, digital, retail, merchandising, operations, supply chain and corporate functions, acting as a trusted advisor to senior market leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic counsel on revenue growth, profitability improvement, capital allocation and investment decisions for APAC markets.
• Partner with market FP&A teams, Managing Directors and functional leaders to evaluate opportunities, risks and strategic initiatives.
• Translate complex financial data into clear narratives that align leaders around strategic priorities.
• Ensure forecasts and performance narratives are grounded in accurate results, consistent accounting treatment and disciplined close processes.
• Collaborate with Corporate Accounting, Regional Controllership, Tax, Treasury and External Reporting to guarantee transparent, explainable APAC results.
