Floor Supervisor – Hotel Housekeeping

About the role

The Floor Supervisor oversees the presentation and cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas at Kowloon Shangri‑La, ensuring all spaces meet the brand’s high standards. You will lead a team of Room Butlers, coordinate guest requests, and uphold operational excellence in a bustling city hotel.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness in guestrooms and surrounding areas according to hotel standards.
• Coordinate with Room Butlers to fulfil guest requests and supply needs.
• Conduct service and chemical‑usage training for Room Butlers.
• Manage and control guest‑supply inventory.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the Housekeeping Department of a sizable hotel.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and organisational abilities.
• Customer‑oriented, quality‑driven team player.
• Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese.
