Front Desk Officer

About the role

The Front Desk Officer is responsible for delivering a seamless and personalized guest experience at Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong. Working at the heart of the hotel, you will manage guest room operations, ensuring every interaction reflects Shangri‑La’s high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Handle all guest interactions with professionalism and warmth.
• Efficiently manage check‑ins, check‑outs and cashiering functions.
• Build lasting relationships with guests to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year experience in rooms departments of sizable hotels.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• Customer‑oriented, outgoing and self‑motivated personality.
• Excellent spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
