Full Stack Engineer

About the role

Mox is looking for a Full Stack Engineer to help shape the next generation of mobile and web banking experiences. You will work across the product stack, from UI design to backend services, ensuring high‑quality, secure, and scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the user‑experience design process, turning wireframes and mockups into functional features.
• Collaborate closely with designers and business stakeholders to deliver elegant, customer‑focused solutions.
• Develop RESTful APIs and event‑driven microservices using Kafka, supporting both web and mobile platforms.
• Utilise Kotlin, Java, or other appropriate languages within a flexible architecture.
• Leverage elastic AWS infrastructure and implement best practices for CI/CD, TDD, and DDD.
• Own the full lifecycle of services – design, build, run, and continuously improve.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or a related field.
• Proven experience building and maintaining mobile applications.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript and modern component‑based development.
• Deep knowledge of ReactJS or React Native; GraphQL experience is a plus.
• Fluent in Kotlin, Java or Scala with solid back‑end development experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work in fast‑paced, cross‑functional teams and iterate based on user feedback.
