Full-Time Restaurant Server – Hong Kong Disneyland

About the role

The Hotel/Park Restaurant Server provides guests with quality service and memorable dining experiences across Hong Kong Disneyland Resort’s restaurants and outdoor vending carts. This full‑time role involves working at various dining locations, ensuring smooth guest flow and high standards of food safety.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the POS system and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Follow food handling and hygiene guidelines to keep food safe.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and organized workstation.
• Manage queuing areas, address guest inquiries, and assist the manager with daily tasks.
• Introduce menu options, take and fulfill orders efficiently.
• Perform busser duties, clear and reset tables, and transport tableware.
• Replenish stock, prepare simple snacks for outdoor carts, and transport stock manually when needed.
• Set up tables, seat guests, present menus, make recommendations, and handle dietary requests.
• Work across different dining locations based on operational needs.

Required profile

• Full‑time availability, including weekends, holidays, evenings, and shift work.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese, or Mandarin.
• Willingness to work in various resort locations, including outdoor areas.
• Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting heavy items.
• Strong guest‑service mindset, independent yet a team player, with good communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, multitasking environment.
