Global Community Manager

About the role

The Global Community Manager will act as the strategic bridge between the Headquarters Brand Office and local operations, driving brand growth through customer acquisition, community development, CRM ecosystems, strategic partnerships and market expansion initiatives across Shenzhen and Hong Kong.

Key responsibilities

• Translate global brand strategy into localized initiatives and execution plans.
• Develop annual and seasonal brand growth plans aligned with headquarters objectives.
• Monitor market trends, consumer behaviours, category developments and competitive landscape.
• Identify market expansion opportunities and emerging consumer segments.
• Drive brand awareness, develop community‑centric engagement programs and manage CRM and membership strategies.
• Improve customer acquisition, retention and advocacy metrics.
• Establish strategic partnerships with retailers, platforms, brands, creators and ecosystem partners.
• Support product launches, commercial activation strategies and cross‑functional collaboration with sales, retail and e‑commerce teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in community building, cultural marketing, content ecosystems or creator‑economy initiatives.
• Strong understanding of fashion lifestyle, travel, technology and consumer‑culture trends.
• Experience supporting international brands entering or scaling in new markets.
• International brand experience, overseas education or expatriate background is a plus.
