Global Procurement Manager

About the role

Join a leading European retail group as a Global Procurement Manager based in Hong Kong. You will play a strategic role in a global sourcing organisation, shaping sourcing strategy across Asia for a key product category.

Key responsibilities

• Lead execution of sourcing strategy across multiple Asian production countries.
• Coordinate a network of sourcing offices, suppliers and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Drive supplier performance through KPIs, governance and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Optimise sourcing allocation, costs, lead times and risk management.
• Partner with Product, Quality, Supply Chain and Procurement teams to meet business objectives.
• Contribute to the transformation of a regional sourcing operating model.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in textile sourcing.
• Expertise in textile categories; experience in lingerie & corsetry or footwear is a strong advantage.
• Proven background within an international retailer, buying office or sourcing organisation.
• Deep knowledge of Asian manufacturing and multi‑country sourcing.
• Strong commercial acumen with excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders across functions and cultures.
• Proactive mindset, confident in challenging existing practices.
