About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Global Recruiter to drive talent acquisition across our international offices. The role focuses on sourcing, assessing and hiring top‑quality candidates to support the company’s global expansion while ensuring a strong cultural fit.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks and industry events.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate interview processes, schedule interviews, prepare questions and provide feedback.
• Partner with hiring managers and team leaders to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies.
• Create compelling job descriptions and postings that attract diverse talent.
• Conduct market research to inform recruitment and employer branding strategies.
• Maintain positive candidate experience from first contact to final decision.
• Build and nurture relationships with external recruitment agencies and talent acquisition partners.

Required profile

• Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese (additional languages a plus).
• 5–8 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience in a global or multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of best‑practice sourcing, assessment and hiring processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage candidates and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.

Required skills

• Experience with AI tools for talent acquisition.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
