About the role

The Head of Human Resources will lead the development of innovative talent acquisition strategies, employer branding, and compensation frameworks. This senior position partners with senior leadership to drive data‑driven HR initiatives that enhance recruitment effectiveness, workforce analytics, and overall organisational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement sourcing strategies and employer branding programs to build pipelines for critical and leadership roles.
• Establish recruitment metrics and dashboards to improve quality of hire and hiring productivity.
• Oversee compensation and benefits strategy, ensuring market competitiveness and internal equity.
• Lead remuneration reviews, conduct benchmarking studies, and develop data‑driven reward frameworks.
• Build advanced workforce analytics capabilities, analyse talent and reward data, and create predictive models.
• Develop executive dashboards and reporting frameworks for senior management.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives on talent, organisation, and reward matters.
• Influence business decisions with fact‑based analysis and support transformation and change initiatives.

Required profile

• Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem‑solving, data analysis, modelling, and interpretation skills.
• Strong commercial acumen, presentation ability, and stakeholder‑management experience.
• Clear messaging, structured storytelling, and ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
• Background in strategy consulting, business analytics, workforce strategy, talent acquisition, rewards, corporate planning, finance, organisational effectiveness, or business intelligence with significant people‑related exposure.
