Head of Integrated Project Controls (Construction)

About the role

Operating at a strategic level, you will lead the Project Controls and Project Portfolio Management functions for large‑scale construction and capital works. You will oversee enterprise‑wide project management processes, ensuring integration, standardisation and data transparency across the portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a Project Controls team to implement schedules, cost, quality, risk and safety management practices.
• Design and enforce Project Controls procedures and reporting mechanisms.
• Drive standardisation and integration of construction and capital works PM processes.
• Support senior management with delivery schedules, strategy and quantitative schedule risk analyses (QSRAs).
• Establish robust forecasting, monthly performance reporting and governance forums.

Required profile

• 20+ years of experience in large‑scale, multi‑disciplinary project implementation.
• At least 10 years of managerial experience in Project Controls.
• Proven track record of delivering large‑scale projects.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering or a technical discipline.
• Fluent English, both oral and written.
