Head of Revenue Optimisation

About the role

We are seeking a strategic leader to head our global revenue optimisation function at Shangri-La Group’s headquarters. Reporting to senior commercial leadership, you will drive pricing excellence, profitability and market share across our worldwide portfolio of luxury hotels and resorts.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the commercial strategy in partnership with Sales, Marketing and Brand teams.
• Maintain and enforce global pricing standards across all segments and regions.
• Partner with Marketing to design promotions with clear success metrics and evaluate their effectiveness.
• Lead the annual budgeting and corporate pricing processes.
• Provide risk and opportunity analysis for the portfolio and mobilise central resources as needed.
• Support regional teams with root‑cause diagnostics to address performance gaps.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of revenue management experience at regional or corporate level, preferably within or outside hospitality.
• Strong understanding of Asian cultures and markets.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
