职位概况

我们在九龙红磡湾的凯里酒店招聘保養服務員，负责客房及公共区域的保养与清洁，确保符合香格里拉标准，提供宾客满意的服务体验。

主要职责

对客房和公共区域进行深度清洁。
报告设施损坏并跟进维修安排。
递送客人所需用品并响应服务请求。
为客人提供礼貌协助，确保满意度。
完成上级指派的其他工作。

任职要求

至少一年酒店房务部相关工作经验。
具备责任感、团队合作精神及良好的顾客服务意识。
能够接受轮班工作。

必备技能

熟悉客房及公共区域的清洁流程。
