HRIS Officer – Human Resources

About the role

The HRIS Officer will support the Human Resources function by delivering accurate human capital metrics, maintaining system data integrity, and providing analytical insights that drive business decisions. This role works closely with HR teams to ensure smooth operation of HR systems and processes.

Key responsibilities

• Produce timely and accurate HR metrics and MI dashboards covering headcount, turnover, absence, performance, and retention.
• Prepare workforce and turnover analytics, forecast trends, and provide insights for strategic planning.
• Monitor HR system data integrity and manage user access controls.
• Provide system and process support for organization structure, position management, performance management, and pay review.
• Participate in HR system change management and regional MI projects to ensure alignment with group policies and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• 1‑2 years of experience in HRIS, HR reporting, people analytics or related HR functions, preferably in banking or financial services; fresh graduates may also apply.
• High level of discipline, integrity, and ability to work independently under pressure.
• Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese; fluency in Mandarin is a plus.
• Team‑oriented, proactive, and a can‑do attitude.

Required skills

• Experience with human capital management systems such as Workday, SAP, or PeopleSoft.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Chinese word‑processing capability.
