Human Resources Assistant

About the role

As a Human Resources Assistant you will support the smooth operation of the HR team, handling a range of HR activities in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in handling the full spectrum of HR functions, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, compensation & benefits, and staff engagement.
• Maintain accurate and updated employee databases and filing records.
• Assist in preparing regular HR reports.
• Perform any other duties and ad‑hoc projects as assigned by Management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Human Resources Management, Psychology or other relevant disciplines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer applications.
• Self‑motivated team player with strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Fresh graduates are welcomed.
