Human Resources Officer – HR Data & Audit

About the role

We are looking for an organized and detail‑oriented Human Resources Officer to support a leading international technology company in Hong Kong. The role focuses on workforce data management, compliance with internal policies and the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, and coordination of internal HR audits.

Key responsibilities

• Extract HR system data and generate routine workforce reports.
• Maintain and update HR reporting dashboards on a regular schedule.
• Conduct data review and cleansing to ensure employee records are accurate.
• Identify and resolve basic data errors, missing information, or system sync issues.
• Review HR practices for alignment with internal policies and the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance.
• Assist in coordinating internal HR audits, preparing presentation materials and data reports.
• Maintain organized, centralized filing for company guidelines.
• Support ad‑hoc HR projects and provide routine HR assistance as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of general HR experience in Hong Kong.
• Good knowledge of the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance.
• Strong written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Proactive, organized and comfortable communicating with internal stakeholders.
• Available immediately or on short notice.

Required skills

• Advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
