Human Resources Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a tech‑savvy Human Resources Specialist to lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition for high‑end financial services across Mainland China, Hong Kong and overseas markets. The role also supports strategic HR business partner initiatives, drives employee engagement, and enhances our global employer brand through innovative AI‑enabled processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for specialized and executive positions in trust, insurance, residency/identity planning, and related fields.
• Proactively source candidates using advanced talent mapping and networking strategies to build robust pipelines.
• Support HRBP activities such as incentive scheme design, bonus calculations, employee relations, onboarding, and talent review projects.
• Leverage AI tools to automate HR workflows, improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Represent the organization to overseas talent, ensuring a premium candidate experience and strengthening the global employer brand.
• Assist in planning and executing employee engagement events and corporate meetings.
• Handle ad‑hoc and innovative projects from leadership in an agile environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with at least 3 years of HR experience in wealth management, family offices, or reputable financial institutions.
• Highly self‑driven, resilient, and adaptable to fast‑paced, high‑growth settings.
• Strong alignment with Chinese corporate culture and an open‑minded international outlook.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin; Cantonese is a plus.
• Professional business etiquette and corporate image.
