Implementation Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Implementation Project Manager to lead complex enterprise software implementations for leading financial services organisations in Hong Kong. You will act as the primary liaison with customers, overseeing delivery from initiation through close‑out while ensuring scope, schedule, budget and quality meet our standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define implementation approach, staffing, milestones and governance model for each engagement.
• Control scope, schedule, resources, dependencies and deliverables to meet contractual commitments.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders, providing updates and managing expectations.
• Establish governance, change control and delivery oversight; assess and mitigate project risks.
• Own budgets, expenses, revenue forecasts, invoicing and subcontractor costs, contributing to quarterly revenue and margin targets.
• Conduct project health checks, quality oversight and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the lifecycle.
• Complete project close‑out activities, documentation, lessons learned and update skills inventory.
• Support regional consulting strategy, operational excellence, reusable frameworks and staff development.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in application development or enterprise software implementations.
• Proven ability to manage scope, schedule, resources and budgets for complex projects.
• Experience working with financial services organisations, preferably on data, AI or analytics solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to assess and mitigate project risks.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality outcomes and customer satisfaction.
