About the role
The Income Auditor will join the finance team of Kimpton Tsim Sha Tsui Hong Kong, supporting the Operations Manager and ensuring accurate financial reporting for the property. This role blends traditional accounting duties with a focus on hotel profitability and regulatory compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and verify daily, weekly and monthly income reports.
- Balance the books and reconcile revenue accounts.
- Manage the requirements of owners, external auditors and regulatory agencies.
- Monitor hotel profitability and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provide full financial support to the Operations Manager, including variance analysis and forecasting.
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with internal controls.
Required profile
- Experience in income auditing, finance or accounting, preferably within hospitality.
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict reporting deadlines.
- Proactive attitude and self‑leadership in a fast‑paced environment.
