Internal Audit Officer (Senior)

About the role

AEON Credit Service (Asia) Co., Ltd. is seeking a motivated Internal Audit Officer to join its dynamic team in Hong Kong. The role involves conducting financial, operational, JSOX and compliance audits across the head office, branches and subsidiaries, and supporting the continuous improvement of internal controls.

Key responsibilities

• Perform financial, operational, JSOX and compliance audits for the head office, branches and subsidiaries.
• Evaluate risks and controls, identify internal control deficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Prepare detailed audit reports with actionable recommendations.
• Follow up on corrective and preventive actions for audit findings.
• Undertake ad‑hoc tasks assigned by the department head.

Required profile

• Degree or higher in a relevant discipline.
• 2–3 years of experience in internal or external audit.
• Professional qualification such as CIA is preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication and detail‑orientation skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
