About the role
A multinational manufacturing company, represented by Hughes-Castell, is looking for an Internal Control and Compliance Manager to join its Hong Kong-based legal and compliance team. The role leads the internal control framework, covering end-to-end assessments and ongoing monitoring across global operations.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the internal control framework, conducting end-to-end assessments and ongoing monitoring across global operations
- Support enterprise risk management initiatives and recommend corrective actions
- Support internal investigations
- Develop role-specific guidance and training for frontline teams
Required profile
- 8+ years of experience in internal control and risk management
- Mixed experience from a Big 4 firm and a mature MNC is preferred
- Relevant degree
- Fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin)
- CPA, CIA or legal qualifications are highly preferred
