IT Recruiter – Talent Acquisition for Tech Roles

We are seeking a driven IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team and help source the technology professionals who power our innovation. The ideal candidate thrives on matching skilled candidates with the right positions and enjoys the fast‑paced environment of tech hiring.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to clarify requirements for a variety of IT roles.
• Write and publish compelling job advertisements across multiple job boards and platforms.
• Review, screen, and assess applications to identify high‑potential candidates.
• Conduct screening interviews, manage shortlists, and coordinate interview schedules for internal teams.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Track recruitment metrics, generate reports, and recommend process improvements.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in talent acquisition or agency settings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple requisitions under pressure.
• Experience recruiting for IT or technology positions is highly preferred.
