IT Support – M365 & Windows/Linux Endpoints

About the role

We are looking for a motivated IT Support professional to ensure the smooth operation of servers, applications, and end‑user environments for a global top‑tier banking client. The role involves hands‑on technical work, monitoring, and first‑line assistance for a diverse user base.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and configure laptops, monitors, and peripherals for new joiners.
• Monitor production servers, applications, and network services; acknowledge alerts and escalate when necessary.
• Provide Tier 1/2 support for Windows and Linux endpoints, Office 365, and core business applications.
• Assist with system health checks, patching, backups, and routine maintenance on servers and virtual machines.
• Log and track tickets in the helpdesk system, keeping users updated on progress.

Required profile

• Experience in IT support, helpdesk, or related infrastructure roles (internships and projects count).
• Familiarity with M365 administration basics and Active Directory user management.
• Willingness to learn Linux basics, scripting, and security practices over time.
• Good communication skills in English; Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin) is a plus.
• Immediate availability is a strong advantage.
