About the role
We are looking for a motivated IT Support Specialist to join our finance team. This position is ideal for an early‑career professional who wants to develop hands‑on technical skills while supporting a large organization.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Set up and configure laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user‑reported incidents via ticketing systems, email, or in person.
- Assist with user account management, including onboarding and off‑boarding.
- Maintain IT inventory and documentation.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of experience in IT support or related duties.
- Experience upgrading Windows 10 to Windows 11 is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common business applications.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and a willingness to learn.
- Good communication skills in both Chinese and English.
