IT Support Specialist – North Asia Projects

About the role

Provide end‑user, site and project IT support across North Asia, ensuring stable, secure and efficient operations. The role focuses on new outlet openings, handling IT readiness, device deployment, vendor coordination and L1/L2 support.

Key responsibilities

• Support new lounge, store and office opening projects, including planning, onsite setup, testing and handover.
• Coordinate with Operations, Project Management, vendors and regional IT teams to meet project milestones.
• Deploy and configure laptops, desktops, printers, POS equipment, tablets, network devices and other assets.
• Manage internet circuits, LAN/Wi‑Fi installation, telephony and overall IT infrastructure readiness.
• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for end‑user devices and business applications, handling incidents via the ITSM platform.
• Support meeting rooms, AV systems and Microsoft Teams collaboration tools.
• Maintain project asset inventory, logistics, documentation and SOPs.
• Travel within North Asia to support implementation and opening activities.

Required profile

• Diploma or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum three years of IT support or implementation experience.
• Experience supporting Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory and endpoint devices.
• Hands‑on knowledge of LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN and basic network troubleshooting.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication and vendor‑management skills.
• Willingness to travel across North Asia.
