Junior C#/.NET Developer

About the role

We are seeking a Junior C#/.NET Developer to join a high‑performance technology team that builds trading and financial‑technology systems. This is an early‑career position where you will work closely with senior engineers, product managers and domain experts to deliver reliable, scalable desktop and backend applications for capital‑market participants.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in designing, developing, testing and maintaining GUI front‑end applications using C# and .NET.
• Support the creation of professional desktop and/or backend components for financial‑technology systems.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions together with senior team members.
• Develop and integrate APIs, real‑time workflows and supporting services.
• Write clean, testable, maintainable code following engineering standards.
• Participate in debugging, performance tuning, unit testing and release processes.
• Take part in code reviews, team discussions and knowledge‑sharing sessions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality software on schedule.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 0–5 years of professional software development experience or strong internship/project experience in .NET development.
• Willingness to learn and grow in desktop and/or backend application development.
• Strong problem‑solving ability, attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.
• Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Cantonese or Mandarin is a plus.
