Lead Product Designer, Accessories & Customisable Products

About the role

CASETiFY is seeking a Lead Product Designer to shape the accessories and customisable product language across its portfolio. You will own the design journey from concept through sampling, refinement and launch, delivering products that are instantly recognizable, refined and enduring.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design of accessories, charms, add‑ons, small leather goods and related lifestyle items from ideation to market launch.
• Create hero pieces and supporting product families that reinforce a cohesive collection narrative.
• Develop modular and customisable systems that evolve across seasons while maintaining brand coherence.
• Translate brand codes, storytelling direction and category ambition into clear, restrained product designs.
• Explore and define materials (leather, metal, textiles, trims) and finishing techniques with a focus on tactility, durability and visual balance.
• Drive colour, material and finish (CMF) direction to ensure premium, brand‑consistent outcomes.
• Resolve every product detail—from proportion and construction logic to hardware and finishing—to a high standard.

Required profile

• Proven ability to create products that feel recognizable, refined and timeless rather than merely trend‑responsive.
• Strong creative authorship combined with disciplined execution.
• Experience designing both individual hero pieces and modular systems that build long‑term brand equity.
• Capability to own the full design process from concept through launch.
• Sensitivity to materiality, CMF and fine‑detail resolution.
