Leadership & Professional Development Specialist – APAC

About the role

Jump Trading Group is seeking a hands‑on, player‑coach L&D professional to lead learning and development initiatives across the APAC region. Reporting to the global L&D team, you will design, deliver, and measure both technical and leadership programs for employees at every level, from new hires to senior executives.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the global L&D team to shape and execute Jump’s APAC learning strategy for established staff, experienced hires, emerging managers, and senior leaders.
• Assess local business needs and cultural nuances to tailor learning opportunities that drive performance.
• Develop and roll out a portfolio of technical and leadership training, including math, statistics, engineering, manager effectiveness, communication, and interview skills.
• Build and maintain a network of internal and external experts, such as coaches, assessment specialists, and academic partners.
• Run pilot programs, evaluate proof‑of‑concept results, and scale successful offerings across the firm.
• Define metrics and ROI methodology to quantify learning impact and take accountability for outcomes.
• Collaborate across functions, influence stakeholders, and navigate ambiguous, fast‑changing environments.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and delivering L&D programs in a multinational, high‑performance setting.
• Strong ability to assess business needs, adapt to diverse cultural contexts, and influence cross‑functional teams.
• Comfort with experimental approaches, pilot testing, and data‑driven decision making.
• Resilience and adaptability in ambiguous or rapidly evolving scenarios.
