Learning & Development Officer

About the role

We are looking for a Learning & Development Officer to deliver stand‑up training, support new‑hire orientation and help build effective training programs for our hotel staff.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct stand‑up training sessions and new‑hire orientation for hourly and management employees.
• Assist with the design, development and delivery of training programs, including creating multimedia training aids.
• Train hiring managers and interviewers on interview and selection policies and procedures.
• Schedule and coordinate applicant interviews and conduct interviews for various positions.
• Maintain inventory of training materials and ensure all training rooms are set up and broken down efficiently.
• Enforce company grooming standards, uniform appearance and safety policies.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and communicate professionally with guests and colleagues.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least one year of related work experience in training or human resources.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification required.
