Legal Clerk – Regulatory & Compliance Support

About the role

RedotPay is a global crypto‑payment fintech seeking a Legal Clerk to support its regulatory and compliance function. The role will work closely with the Regulatory Counsel and internal teams to handle law‑enforcement requests, manage legal documentation and improve administrative processes.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, log and process incoming regulatory requests for information (RFIs), verify authenticity of requesting officers and agencies, and coordinate responses.
• Locate users and retrieve KYC data, identification documents and transaction records using internal compliance tools.
• Maintain the legal drive, matter trackers, deadline calendars and status logs for ongoing regulatory matters.
• Draft and proof‑read routine correspondence, holding letters and simple templates under supervision.
• Assist with general legal administration tasks such as payment requests, document retrieval and coordination with external counsel.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of RFI, KYB and legal‑admin processes and create systems for better database maintenance.
• Perform ad‑hoc legal support tasks as required by senior management.

Required profile

• Graduate degree from a reputable university.
• 1–2 years of experience in private practice, in‑house legal/compliance, or a regulated financial‑services/fintech environment.
• Familiarity with law‑enforcement requests, RFIs, KYC/KYB processes or legal administration is strongly preferred.
• Experience in payments or crypto is highly valued.
