Legal Consultant – PRC Qualified

About the role

Axiom is seeking a PRC‑qualified Legal Consultant to support its Fortune 500 clients in Hong Kong. The position can be full‑time or part‑time, offering flexibility to match the consultant’s preference.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with legal and business teams of F500 clients to deliver commercially‑tailored legal advice.
• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts.
• Provide legal support on corporate transactions.
• Maintain and update documentation to reflect the latest regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• 2‑6+ years post‑qualification experience (PQE) with PRC qualifications.
• Experience gained in private practice or in‑house legal departments.
• Excellent written and spoken Mandarin.

Required skills

• Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Advising on corporate transactions.
• Regulatory compliance documentation.
