About the role
We are a leading property developer seeking an experienced Property Lawyer to join our in‑house legal team. This role offers the chance to transition from private practice to a dynamic real‑estate environment with broad commercial exposure.
Key responsibilities
- Provide legal support across the full lifecycle of real‑estate projects, including acquisitions, development, and redevelopment.
- Handle project conveyancing, leasing, sales and purchase transactions, and financing arrangements.
- Manage ongoing asset‑management matters and advise on property‑related legal issues.
Required profile
- Hong Kong qualified lawyer with 5‑10 years post‑qualification experience from a reputable law firm and/or in‑house.
- Proven experience advising on project conveyancing and general real‑estate/property matters.
- Strong background in property acquisitions, disposals, leasing, and financing transactions.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese).
- Effective team player with strong interpersonal and stakeholder‑management abilities.
