职位概况
在香港洲际大酒店的贵宾休息室担任大使，提供高品质餐饮服务，确保VIP客人满意。
主要职责
- 协助贵宾休息室的餐饮运营。
- 为VIP客人提供礼貌服务，及时处理询问、投诉和需求。
- 推广Rewards Club及大使会员计划。
- 保持休息室环境整洁有序。
- 提供个性化服务并检查客人满意度，确保服务卓越。
- 根据需要完成临时任务。
任职要求
- 酒店管理或相关专业大专以上学历。
- 具备良好的英语、粤语和普通话口语沟通能力。
- 拥有一年以上相关工作经验者优先。
必备技能
- 优秀的客户服务意识。
- 熟悉餐饮服务流程。
