Manager, Learning and Development

About the role

As a key member of the Learning & Development team, you will manage the design and delivery of learning and talent development initiatives that support organisational growth. You will partner closely with internal stakeholders to build relevant, impactful programmes that enhance workforce capability and strengthen the talent pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement talent development initiatives aligned with organisational needs.
• Drive and manage Management Trainee and other structured talent programmes, including rotation planning and curriculum design.
• Design and deliver training programmes to upskill staff and meet business‑priority training needs.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to achieve programme objectives.
• Monitor, evaluate and improve the effectiveness of talent and training programmes through feedback and analytics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Science, Psychology or related fields.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Talent Development or Learning & Development.
• Proactive, customer‑centric attitude with strong problem‑solving and project‑management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
