Manager / Senior Manager – Tax & Business Advisory (Hong Kong)

About the role

Deloitte Private is seeking a Manager or Senior Manager to join its Tax & Business Advisory team in Hong Kong. You will work with privately‑held enterprises and high‑net‑worth individuals, helping them navigate complex domestic and international tax landscapes while protecting and growing their wealth.

Key responsibilities

• Advise private companies and affluent clients on tax planning, compliance, and wealth‑management strategies.
• Identify sustainable planning opportunities, mitigate tax risks, and ensure statutory deadlines are met.
• Apply technical tax knowledge throughout the project lifecycle, including client conversations and advisory deliverables.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships, proactively spotting potential tax issues before they arise.
• Collaborate with Global Tax and Business Advisory functions to align advice with broader business objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in tax, accounting, finance, law or related discipline.
• Professional accounting qualification or legal qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience for Manager level or 8 years for Senior Manager in a CPA firm, tax authority, or comparable tax function.
• Demonstrated ability to lead engagements, manage client relationships, and deliver high‑quality advisory services.
