Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead the launch and growth of the Geely brand in the local automotive market. You will shape brand strategy, drive marketing initiatives, and spearhead digital transformation across our dealer network.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Geely brand strategy, positioning the brand effectively in the local market.
• Manage relationships with qualified suppliers, digital agencies, advertising agencies, influencers, and media partners.
• Plan, organize, and execute events, including the major brand launch scheduled for 2026.
• Create the annual marketing plan, define target segments, and identify market opportunities.
• Design and implement promotion strategies and customer loyalty programs while managing budgets and equipment.
• Lead digital initiatives: CRM deployment, conversion‑rate improvement for digital sales, dashboard creation for lead tracking, ROI analysis of digital channels, and digital transformation projects for distributors.
• Implement design‑thinking processes, chatbot solutions, WhatsApp API surveys, and online car‑purchase workflows.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive communication or marketing.
• Strong motivation to achieve goals under pressure.
• Fluent English for daily work.
